1-Kapalbhati (Bellows Breath)

2-Bhastrika Breathing

3-Anulom Vilom

(singe nostril breathing)

Pranayama Breathwork 
(it's your choice)

Bandhas (body locks)

1-Mula Banda (Pelvic Floor)

2-Uddiyana Banda (Abdominal)

3-Jalandhara Band (Throat)

*If applying all 3 body locks you've reached the 4th Bandha Maha Bandha
